Do I need a patch test before hair colouring?

Yes, all new colour clients require an allergy patch test at least 48 hours prior to any chemical colouring appointment for your safety and comfort.

What should I bring to my hair consultation?

Feel free to bring photos or inspiration images that demonstrate the colours, cuts, or styles you love. We will tailor the ideas to your individual features.

What cancellation policy do you operate?

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to clients on our waiting list. You will be expected to pay for the full service of your previously booked appointment before you can book in again if this is not followed correctly and results in a no show
